BALSAMIC CHICKEN BREAST 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 lb. button mushrooms
2 bay leaves
4-6 cloves garlic
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
3/4 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. thyme
Flour and pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil

1. Dip chicken in flour and pepper and brown in oil 3 minutes on each side.

2. Add mushrooms and cook 3-5 minutes together.

3. Add other ingredients and simmer 10 minutes.

4. Remove breasts and boil down liquid (about 30 minutes).

5. Pour over chicken and serve.
