DILLY BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned & boned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 sm. garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dried dill weed
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a large baking dish that will hold chicken in one layer. Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the greased baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Spread sauce over chicken breasts. Bake 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 4.
