PAM'S BURRITO CASSEROLE 
6- bean and beef burritos
3- 12 or 16 oz cans chili (with beans or not)
1- 16 oz monterey jack or cheddar cheese

Pour one can of chili over bottom of 9x13 pan. Place burritos on top of chili. Pour the last 2 cans of chili over top of burritos. Sprinkle top with 1/2 of the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, remove aluminum foil sprinkle with rest of cheese and cook for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with Mexican rice.

This whole meal costs less than $5.00 and feeds 6.

My family does this all the time, but usually in the microwave. I had more time today and I wanted to make it in the oven so that it heats evenly. Thank you for posting this, it's so simple but so yummy!
