BEEF BURRITO CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 large flour tortillas
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. Colby-Jack cheese, grated
picante sauce (optional)

Optional Toppings:

lettuce
tomato
sour cream
black olives

Brown ground meat; drain excess fat. Add seasoning and can of tomato sauce to meat; let simmer. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons beans on each flour tortilla. Place about 3 to 4 tablespoons meat mixture. Sprinkle some cheese and picante sauce on top of this; fold together. Place in casserole dish. If there is any meat mixture left, spread on top of burritos; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350°F. Serve. Garnish with desired toppings.
