SUPREME BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. can refried beans
1 pkg. burrito seasoning mix
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can tomatoes or fresh equivalent
Assorted fillings: Black olives, green onions, chili peppers, sour cream
1 pkg. lg. flour tortillas

Brown hamburger, drain. Add refried beans, burrito seasoning mix and water as directed on package. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Assemble burritos with 1-2 tablespoons full of meat/bean mixture, some cheese and choice of fillings on one side of tortilla and roll up. One side may be folded up so center does not spill out. Reserve 3/4 cup of meat/bean mixture and some fillings.

Place burritos in greased 9x13 inch pan. Add soup, tomatoes and taco mix to reserved meat/bean mixture. Simmer a few minutes, pour over casserole. Top with leftover cheese and some of the leftover fillings EXCEPT sour cream. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with sour cream.
