PINEAPPLE PECAN PIE (MILLION
DOLLAR PIE)
 
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can condensed milk
1 sm. pkg. crushed pecans
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. shredded coconut
2 graham cracker pie shells

Mix all together in a large bowl. Pour into the pie shells. Put in refrigerator where they will keep for 10 days. These pies are ready to eat when made. If you make your own pie shell, there is only enough filling for one pie. Delicious!
