PINEAPPLE PECAN PIE 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (#3) can pineapple, well drained
Juice from 1 lemon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Graham cracker crust

Mix all ingredients, except Cool Whip. Fold in Cool Whip last. Pour into pie crust. Chill several hours or overnight.
