PINEAPPLE PECAN CHEESE BALL 
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, chopped, divided
Assorted crackers

In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth. Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasonings and 1/2 cup nuts.

Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining nuts. Serve with crackers. 12-14 servings.
