CHEESE AND CHILI BALL 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Additional pecans and chili powder to ball

Soften cream cheese and mix with Cheddar cheese, pineapple and 1/2 cup pecans. Form into ball and roll in a mixture of chopped pecans and chili powder or paprika. Serve with assorted crackers and chips. Use reserved pineapple juice to drink or for marinade on meat.
