PINEAPPLE - CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can (8 oz.) drained crushed pineapple
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Refrigerate until very firm. Shape into ball. Roll in reserved pecans. Serve with Ritz crackers. The ball may be reshaped and rolled in additional pecans after it has been served. It freezes well.
