PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans (1 c. in mixture and 1 c. to roll in)
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
Parsley sprigs, optional

In medium bowl mix cheese until soft. Gradually stir in above ingredients. Refrigerate until well chilled. Shape into ball and roll into remaining nuts.
