CHICKEN MARINARA 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2-3 lb.) fryer, cut up or 4-6 chicken breasts
3 tbsp. butter
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can marinara sauce of 2 c. homemade marinara sauce
1 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine flour, salt and pepper in brown paper bag. Shake chicken pieces in bag until coated with flour mixture. Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking dish and dot with butter. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and pour sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with dill weed and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 25 minutes.

I used chicken thigh instead of the chicken breast. The sauce came out real flavorful served with a lemon pepper rice and fresh broccoli. Next time I'll remove the skin before cooking and make it heart healthy.

So easy and yummy. Next time I will add water to the marinara sauce (I used Trader Joe's) as I would like it to be more saucy for the pasta. I will make again.
