BLACK FOREST CHOCOLATE CHEESE
CAKE
 
1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand chocolate condensed milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Mix in large bowl the cheese until fluffy; gradually add Eagle Brand and blend until smooth. Add eggs, cornstarch and extract; mix well. Pour into pan.

Bake at 300°F for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool; chill. Slice and serve with cherry filling over top.
