POPPY SEED LEMON BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix (with pudding)
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seed
4 eggs

Mix together and beat 4 minutes.

Makes 2 large or 3 to 4 small loaves. Bake 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean. When bread comes out of oven, poke holes in top with toothpick and spoon over glaze.

GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix and spread.
