LEMON ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 c. finely grated zucchini
2 tsp. lemon peel or juice
4 eggs

Stir the first 4 ingredients together, add remaining ingredients. Grease 2 bread pans and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.

Lost the recipe I had for this bread and decided to give this one a try. Tasted a bit pastie despite being baked thoroughly. I won't make this one again, not bad just that there are better out there to be found. After I had started on this recipe I remembered the one I want has actual lemon peel in it
