LEMON NUT BREAD 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together eggs, milk, and oil; set aside. Mix together rest of ingredients and add to first mixture. Bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. sugar
Juice from 1 lemon

Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 1 minute and pour over bread.
