ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 c. oil

Place defrosted artichokes in casserole. Combine all ingredients except oil. Pat into hearts. Sprinkle oil over all and cover. Bake 20 minutes. Remove; cover and bake 20 minutes. 4-6 servings.
