ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can artichokes, drained and cut up (hearts)
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil
2 garlic buds, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all together. Place in casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. 4 people.
