STRING BEAN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can French-style green beans
1 can artichoke hearts, cut in pieces
4 pods garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. olive oil

Fry seasoning in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add string beans, artichokes, cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well. (If it is too dry, add more olive oil until moist.) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
