ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 can drained artichoke hearts
1 can drained string beans (fresh is better)
1 c. seasoned Italian bread crumbs
3/4 c. finely grated Romano cheese
1/2 c. virgin olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 bunch fresh green onions

Mix the above ingredients in mixing bowl, stirring only enough so that all ingredients are mixed evenly. Grease casserole dish with a bit of butter, cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
