“MOLDED STRAINED CRANBERRY SAUCE” IS IN:

MOLDED STRAINED CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 pound (4 cups) cranberries
2 cups water
2 cups sugar

Cook cranberries in water until all the skins pop open. Strain, add sugar and blend. Boil rapidly for 8 to 10 minutes, or until a drop jells on a cold plate (220°F).

Transfer to mold and chill.
