KAT'S BAGEL DELUXE SAUSAGE &
CREAM CHEESE SANDWICH
 
1 lb. pkg. pork sausage (regular or hot)
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 bagels (of your choice)

Divide the pork sausage (I use Tennessee Pride) into four and make 4 large thin patties. Place patties on foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels. (If preferred, you can fry patties in a skillet.)

Separate each bagel and toast or grill bagel halves.

Divide cream cheese into eight sections using one section for each bagel half. Spread each bagel half with cream cheese. Top one half with a sausage patty and cover with other bagel half.

Note: These breakfast sandwiches are also delicious with a layer of strawberry jam or jam of your choice.
