WONDERFUL MISCELLANEOUS SALAD 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
2 ribs celery, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green beans or peas or carrots or zucchini, raw & diced
2 c. cooked brown rice
1 1/4 c. cooked, canned chick peas or kidney beans
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

IMAGINATION VINAIGRETTE DRESSING:

3 tbsp. olive oil
5 tbsp. wine or rice vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. tarragon, crushed
1/4 tsp. paprika & fresh ground pepper

DRESSING Mix in jar with tight cover and shake and chill until ready to use.

CREAM DRESSING:

1/2 c. calorie reduced mayonnaise
1 c. plain low fat yogurt
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix all together and chill. In a large bowl, mix all the vegetables and nuts together and add the dressing and toss. Chill and just before serving add the creamy dressing and toss. Let people add the cheese as they want.
