PEACH MOUSSE 
1 lb. (5 or 6) peaches, mashed
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together in blender. Pour into freezer container and freeze. Cut into blocks. Serve like ice cream. (Taste will vary depending on your peaches.) Serves 8.
