PINEAPPLE CLOUD DESSERT 
68 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. pineapple or vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Combine crushed crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Pat remainder in 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill. Combine pudding and milk. Add softened ice cream (do not pack down ice cream when measuring). Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions and fold in. Fold in drained, crushed pineapple. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill overnight.
