BEEF NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. chunky salsa
1 c. niblet corn
3/4 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 c crushed tortilla chips
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat, drain. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder.

Layer: meat mix, cheese, chips twice in 2 quart dish. Bake 20 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
