CHICKEN NACHO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 bag Dorito corn chips
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can chicken broth
4 oz. can chopped Ortega chilies

Mix all ingredients in casserole dish reserving some of the cheese for top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Easy and quick casserole. Exact measurements are not critical.
