SPICY DORITO CASSEROLE 
This recipe is a favorite among my family and friends and so easy to make. Hope you enjoy!

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped jalapenos (from the jar)
1/2 large finely chopped onion
1 bag spicy nacho Doritos (family size)
16 oz. shredded four cheese Mexican "fiesta" blend (Kraft)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown beef with jalapenos and onion. Drain well. Mix all ingredients except for Doritos and cheese into a large bowl.

In a 9x13-inch casserole dish place a layer of Doritos on the bottom, add a layer of mixture, then Doritos, then mixture. For the top, crush the remaining Doritos and pour evenly over top. Cover with shredded cheese and bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until all cheese is melted and bubbly.
