NACHO CHIP CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. skinless boneless chicken (can sub with ground beef) 2 cans cream of chicken 1 can tomatoes and green chilies 1/4 bag taco seasonings 3 c. mild Cheddar cheese 1 bag nacho chips Preheat oven to 350°F to 375°F. Bake 20 minutes. Boil chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Mix chicken, chicken soup, tomatoes and green chilies (drain can for a mild flavor), taco seasoning and 2 cups of cheese. Put chips in a greased baking dish. Spread mixture over chips. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted and started to brown. Can garnish with shredded lettuce and sour cream. |
