KENNY'S BEST CHICKEN, CHEESE AND
RICE CASSEROLE
 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. Rice Sides (Knorr broccoli & cheese)
1 (5 oz.) pkg. Rice Sides (Knorr rice medley)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's fiesta nacho cheese (also found on the soup aisle)
1 (12 oz.) can premium chunk chicken breast (Swanson or Tyson)
2 cups water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking white wine or white wine
1/2 cup mild cheddar cheese
uncooked seasoned chicken thighs or legs (1 per person)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl combine water, milk and white wine. Stir in cream of mushroom and Campbell's fiesta nacho cheese, until mixed well. Stir in the two packages of Rice Sides and premium chunk chicken.

Pour mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of rice mixture. Place Uncooked seasoned chicken on top of the rice mixture.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour 30 minutes.
