NACHOS CASSEROLE 
1 c. chunky taco sauce, divided
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 c. refried beans
1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt (4 oz.)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 c. water
4 c. Kellogg's Special K cereal
Optional garnish: tomatoes, green onions, olives, and sour cream

Combine taco sauce and chilies. Set aside. In large fry pan, cook turkey and onions until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Add cumin, beans, yogurt, 1/2 cup of cheese, half of the taco sauce mixture and water.

Place 2 cups Kellogg's Special K cereal into a 2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining taco sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cereal.

Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake just until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced olives, and reduced-fat sour cream, if desired. Yields 6 servings.
