GINGER REFRIGERATOR BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pistachio nuts

Mix together until crumbly and press into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

FIRST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over the cooled crust.

SECOND LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
3 c. milk

Beat together several minutes and pour over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

4 oz. Cool Whip

Spread over second layer.
