PEAS AND RADISHES 
1 c. radishes, sliced
1 c. peas, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Salt and lemon pepper

Microwave peas and radishes in water 5-7 minutes, drain. Microwave milk, flour, salt, lemon pepper and dill on medium high for 2 1/2 minutes or until bubbly. Stir often. Mix with peas and radishes. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
