CHOCOLATE CREME DE MENTHE
BROWNIES
 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar together; beat in eggs and vanilla and blend in chocolate. Stir in flour and nuts. Pour above into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream
1/2 tsp. cream de menthe

Mix above together and beat well; spread over the top of cooled brownies. Let set 1/2 hour.

GLAZE:

1 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tbsp. butter

Mix above and spread over frosting. Cool; cut into small squares.
