CHOCOLATE CREME DE MENTHE
BROWNIES
 
Bake 1 package Betty Crocker Brownie mix in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan following instructions on box. Cool.

STEP 2: GREEN LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 c. butter

Beat together and spread on cooked brownie layer. Chill well.

STEP 3: CHOCOLATE LAYER:

2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. pkg.)
6 tbsp. butter

Melt together, cool slightly, pour and spread over green layer. Chill. Dust top lightly with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Freezes well.
