PINEAPPLE-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans pineapple chunks, cut chunks in half (drained, reserving sm. amount of juice)
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
6 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar or to taste
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix pineapple chunks, cheese. Mix flour and sugar; add to pineapple and cheese mixture. Pour into casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Then pour butter over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
