HOT CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. celery (chopped)
1/2 c. green pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
4 hard boiled eggs (diced)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
Salt and pepper
3/4 stick butter

Saute celery, pepper and onion in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients together except potato chips. Pour into large casserole dish. Top with potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
