CHICKEN SALAD CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Mix together. Grease 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up 3 slices bread in bottom of dish. Put in chicken salad. Tear up 3 slices bread on top of chicken.

Mix together 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cup milk. Pour evenly over mixture in casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, place one can of mushroom soup over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over top and bake 20 minutes longer.

This is a very good dish to fix ahead for company. I serve this with a tossed salad.
