CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
Salt and cracked red peppers
3/4 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil cabbage in salt water until tender, drain. Saute onions in butter. Add chunked cheese and allow to melt over low heat. Add soup and drained cabbage, mix well. Add bread crumbs and parsley.
