BUCKEYES (CANDY) 
1 lb. butter
2 c. peanut butter
2 to 3 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 lb. paraffin

Cream butter and peanut butter. Add sugar as necessary for a thick consistency. Add vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Form into marble-size balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin together in a double boiler.

Dip peanut butter mixture balls into the chocolate mixture using a toothpick. Place on waxed paper to cool. Makes approximately 125. These freeze well.
