NEW ENGLAND CHEESE BAKED FISH
2 lbs. haddock fillets (or other firm, white fish such as Halibut, Cod or Swordfish)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika

Arrange fillets in single layer in shallow buttered baking pan. In a saucepan, combine undiluted soup and sour cream. Blend well. Add 3/4 cup cheese and heat over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese melts. Spread this over the fillets.

Bake in 375 to 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle on the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese and return to oven until the cheese melts. Shake on some paprika and serve immediately. 4 servings.

Absolutely amazing - thank you so much - added side of broiled fresh sliced summer squash, celery, mushrooms, red peppers and onion powder sauteed in olive oil - the swordfish casserole I added a bit more cheese and broiled it for approximately 4 minutes at the end for that crisp edge - absolutely delicious - thank you.
