CREAM CHEESE SAUCE FOR FISH
FILLETS
 
4 oz. cream cheese (1/2 pkg.)
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. dried chopped parsley
1 tbsp. chopped, fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. chopped green onions

Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls over cooked fish fillets. Brown under broiler. Just takes a few seconds.
