CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 box (8 1/2 oz.) Nabisco thin chocolate wafers
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

4 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
1 c. sour cream

Put wafers in a blender and grind. Mix with other ingredients and chill in a 10 inch springform pan.

In mixer, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time alternating with sugar. Add cocoa and vanilla. Mix well and fold in melted chocolate morsels. Stir in sour cream and pour into chilled crust. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool, then refrigerate.

HINTS: The longer it sits, the better it is. Make 5 or more days ahead. Crust is hard. Can freeze. Top or garnish with chocolate curls.
