LAYERED SALAD 
lettuce
1 pkg. frozen peas, microwaved and cooled
cauliflower (optional)
6 boiled eggs
1/2 to 3/4 lb. bacon, fried
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayo
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Mix mayo and sugar; set aside. Layer dish with lettuce, peas after they have cooled, cauliflower, eggs, bacon and cheese. Top with mayo mixture. Refrigerate overnight before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
