ORANGE MARMALADE 
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 lemon
3 qts. water

1ST DAY: Cut fruit across into thin slices. Remove seeds, pour water over and let stand 24 hours.

2ND DAY: Place over fire and let boil 1 hour. When cool measure for each pint, add 1 pound sugar, stir and let stand overnight.

3RD DAY: Boil this again for 1 hour and pour into jars. Makes about 12 glasses.
