ORANGE MARMALADE 
2 lg. California oranges
2 lg. lemons
3 c. water
1 c. sugar

Quarter and remove seeds from oranges and lemons. Add 3 cups water and simmer for 5 minutes. Stand covered overnight in cool place. Remove fruit and cut in shreds. Return to water in which it soaked. Boil 1 hour. For each cup fruit add 1 cup sugar. Boil until the juice forms a jelly.
