ZUCCHINI BARS 
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine vegetable oil and sugar and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Add vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moist. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Pour into an 11 x 5 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth. Frost. Cut into bars.
