ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. dates
3/4 c. raisins
2 c. zucchini, peeled & shredded

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased 10"x15" jelly roll pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese frosting: Mix all ingredients in order given and frost bars.
