FROSTED ZUCCHINI BARS 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, then oil. Beat well. Stir flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Stir in vanilla, zucchini, raisins and nuts. Spread into greased 15 x 17 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

Blend:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon milk
