FROSTED ANGEL BARS 
1 loaf angel food cake (approximately 10 x 12 inches)
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk, a little more if needed
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans flaked coconut or 2 c. finely chopped nuts (a combination of both, 1 can coconut and 2 c. nuts, can be used)

Cut angel food cake in 1 inch slices. Cut each slice lengthwise to make bars. Cut bars to form bite size pieces. Heat butter and milk; stir in confectioners' sugar. Add vanilla. Dip cake pieces in icing and roll in coconut or nuts. Place on rack to dry.
